A little bit about me. 

My background is in crisis intervention and providing in-home counseling to people of all ages. I'm passionate about helping my clients get through their most difficult times in life  by offering a fresh perspective without judgment regardless of what's shared in session. In my free time, I'm a bookworm (book recommendations welcomed!), a yogi, and lover of cheese. Read more about me here.

What's it like to work with me?

My clients describe me as interactive, candid, and a really good problem solver. They tell me that I'm upbeat and focused all at the same time but aren't super formal in how things get talked about in session. I'm open to talking about whatever is on my client's mind but also make it a point to provide some sort of takeaway at the end of a session - and possibly something to consider or do in between sessions if my clients are up for it.
