Sublease Details

12 month sublease
-
Monthly rent of $300 for a standing day of the week. Rent goes down in cost daily if you rent more than 2 days/week.

$25/hr with a 4 hour block minimum, payable as monthly rent (subject to availability)

Full use of waiting room, break room, and assigned therapy office

Use of our mailing address when renting at least one full day per month
-
Business Speed Internet, filtered water service, and all utilities included in the rent
-
You are required to provide proof of your license and malpractice insurance with our location added as an additional insured.
Looking for just an hour or day on an as-needed basis?

$125/day

$30/hr with no block minimum
