MEET THE TEAM
RACHEL DUBROW, LCSW
Owner and Clinical Therapist
Whether your young adult wants to work through anxiety or you need help with parenting and finding work/life balance, I can help.
I'm Rachel Dubrow, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in treating young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and need coping skills for life's stressors. I help adults navigate parenting and find better work/life balance.
What is it like to work with me?
Clients tell me that I'm not the "tell me how you feel and lay on the couch" type of therapist. I'm engaging, interactive, and give real life examples to help clients understand what they're experiencing. I ask questions, listen intently, and have a good memory, so don't expect that I'll be taking notes on a clipboard or notebook in our sessions.
Research shows that the connection with the therapist is the first step to successful therapy. I work hard to help my clients feel validated and understood so that they can create lasting change.
Sometimes, this can take time.
We live in a fast-paced world where we want quick fixes and for things to be done yesterday. While I'm happy to sit and offer suggestions, I know that successful therapy is an ongoing process where we celebrate the shorter term successes while working through some of the tougher stuff that got you to therapy in the first place. Time is needed to help you understand this so that you don't repeat the same patterns that got you to therapy in the first place.
If you're tired of feeling stressed out, lost, burnt out, or anxious, contact me for a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss moving forward together.
BECKY PRICE, LCSW
Helping anxious adults cope and couples reconnect.
Sometimes it feels like you've been doing the same thing over and over. You're bored, stressed out, and feeling lost with no direction. You feel disconnected from yourself and maybe even your partner.
I love to figure out what makes you, you. My passion as a therapist is to help figure out what's unique to your situation and how it has impacted your life. In my work with couples, I like to hear from both partners about what's worked and what hasn't so we can collaborate together.
A little bit about my background.
I have advanced training in family therapy from the Denver Family Institute and I like to look at the individuals and couples I help from a relationship-based lens. I find that figuring out how things are connected in life helps my clients learn how to be better thinkers, communicators, and problem solvers. In doing so, they end up feeling more in control of their situation and the choices they make.
What is it like to work with me?
Client tell me that they like how relaxed I am in session. They mention that they feel at ease and that I'm easy to talk to, especially when we "click". I'm direct when I need to be and like to help both individuals and couples I see explore options for themselves while weighing out the positives and not-so-positive aspects of those options. I value the relationship I have with every client and encourage open communication along the way.

NICOLE KIOUSSIS, LCPC
Helping teens and young adults work through the stressful times and life transitions.
Do you constantly feel like there aren't enough hours in a day? Are you struggling with friendships, relationships, adjusting to parenthood or making decisions about your next steps in life? You don't have to navigate through this alone.
I love working alongside my clients to figure out the pieces to their own puzzle. I'm the one taking the bird's eye view to the situations so that my clients can see the big picture and not get caught up in the little details. I'm also the one who helps sort through the details so that things start to make more sense. My passion is developing a partnership with my clients so they feel heard, understood and validated.
A little bit about me.
I've been in the field for ten years and spent a lot of my time providing case management and therapy services to teens and adults, some of which have physical limitations. My clients benefit from this experience because I can extend my reach outside of the therapy office by providing resources in the community when appropriate. It also helps me take a more holistic approach to helping my clients because I understand the importance of collaboration and ongoing communication. I'm my clients' biggest advocate while helping them empower themselves to make effective choices.
What's it like to work with me?
My clients tell me I'm a really good listener. I take a more gentle approach and listen intently, often times asking thought provoking questions that really get the conversation going! I'm supportive and encouraging and not afraid to offer suggestions and things to think about in between sessions. I recognize therapy is hard work and am always thinking about creative ways to help my clients achieve their goals. I like to have clients leave session with a sense of hope knowing life can get better.
