All The Basics

A step by step guide to starting your private practice without making expensive, exhausting beginner mistakes

A straightforward guide to starting your private practice the RIGHT way (and without an information overload)

Back in 2011, I was a hospital and psychiatric social worker, burnt out and stressed out 24/7. Working 3 therapy jobs to pay my bills just wasn’t okay anymore! I wanted more balance in my life.

When I opened my solo practice in 2012, I realized that MSW school taught me NOTHING about running a private practice. I was worried I’d burn out all over again. So I hired an awe-inspiring mentor, and within a year I was able to quit all my other jobs to be full time in my private practice.

Hiring a mentor is great for those who can afford it, but that just isn't realistic for most of us there are already enough costs associated with starting a business! All The Basics is my way of passing along to you everything you'll need, at a much lower price tag (including all the costly beginner mistakes you'll avoid making!)

This course gives you:

  • everything I learned by spending much more money

  • everything I wish I’d known before I started

  • insider advice you don't even know you need

  • everything I’ve learned along the way… and then some!

This course can be completed in a month, in under 15 minutes a day. I’ve done as much of the work for you as anyone possibly could, and I’ve formatted it in bite-sized pieces so that you can run with it at your own pace without getting overwhelmed or feeling confused.

Come join me as I walk you through everything you need to know about setting up your private practice (and all its moving parts)!

"Most mental health practitioners do not get good training on the business navigation side of things, but working with her allows you a partner in figuring out the difficult details so that you can make whatever vision you have a reality without the guesswork and frustration. She delivers on her services and I highly recommend her to anyone trying to start or build out their mental health practice."
